Landmarks near the government owned society 1) near global international school located 5 min walk. 2) raghav global school (again 4 min walk) 3) behind A-square shopping complex (4 min walk) Also there are 2 janta flats in nearby and people get confused easily :- 1) janta flats ( sector 71) 2) janta flats (sector 73 sarafabad village) Since its a govt construction for lower middle class, the soceity is cheaper and cannot be considered high profile in any case. Maybe a cheaper alternative to bachelor's . Rooms are 1 RK ONLY with attached separte bathroom and toilets. Pros:- Cheaper place, spacious,security gaud at main gate . Location peaceful as its a village with good greenery. Local people to collect garbage from door to door with minimum charges per month. Cons:- 1)walls are thin so if you speak loud you voice floats to adjacent rooms. 2) water supply from 6-8 morning and 6-8 evening withor minor variations. 3) old soceity so mice menance there. 4) only local shops the closest shopping complex is A-Square mall (5 min ) walk. 5) electricity goes out frequently so having invertor is recommended and important in summers hi"
